My process
01
Exploration
I begin all projects with a questionnaire to learn as much as possible about your business. We then begin our collaboration, sharing Pinterest boards and inspiration. I will create a custom package proposal for you based on your needs.

Collaboration
After the research and planning phase, I will collect all web assets from you- photos, copywriting, logos and graphic elements etc. I will begin the initial design process which typically takes one week.

Feedback
Week two I share with you a detailed video walk through of the initial design and after you have reviewed the initial design you can let me know any revisions or updates you want me to implement. I will then work to refine and complete your project.

Launch
Once you receive your final website I help you to plan a successful launch with mockup photos you can share on social media to announce your new site. You will receive personalized training support via a walkthrough video tutorials.
FAQ
Do I need to have my own content and photos?
You will need to have the majority of your content prepared, however, I am happy to help optimize your copywriting and also source or create photography content for you. I am also a photographer, so if you need new photos I can create custom brand photos for your site if you are interested in this package. You can view more examples of my photography work HERE.
Do I need to know how I want my site designed?
You will need to have a solid idea of what specific pages and functions you need and have your content ready. I will send you a detailed questionnaire to find out your aesthetic, scope and goals of your new site and we will create a Pinterest moodboard and dial the concept in.
Do I need to already have a logo and brand identity?
If you do not already have a professional brand identity and logo I can help. I offer basic branding- color palette, font pairing and simple text based logo design. This can be added to your web design package if needed. If what you need is more complex I can help refer you to a brand designer who can meet your needs.
Do you design on other platforms besides Squarespace or Shopify?
I am proficient in generally any web design platform, however I prefer to design on Squarespace the most. If you have a site currently on another platform and want to transfer to Squarespace or Shopify, I can handle this for you. I can also take care of Shopify and Squarespace integration.
What payments do you accept and how do I book?
Once you have decided to book I require a signed service contract and 50% deposit that is due at time of booking. I send the contact online for you to review and e-sign. The payment remainder is due when the project is complete. Payments are accepted via Venmo, Paypal or Credit Card paid by secure online invoice. I am also open to accepting cryptocurrency as payment.
Do you offer website maintenance?
I always empower my clients to make their own updates through a video training on how to use and update their new site after delivery. I am available for updates if you want to hire me for a day rate intensive, however I don’t typically offer long term web development.
